Bushmans' offers you a wide variety of packing sizes, as well as materials—including poly, poly-mesh, Vexar, Giro-mesh, paper, cartons, clamshells, single-wrap and tray packs.
Potatoes.
RUSSET:
• Non-size A – Minimum of 17/8” in diameter and approximately 25% > 6 oz.
• Size A (1 7/8”) – Minimum of 1 7/8” in diameter and40% > 6 oz.
• Size A (2”) – Minimum of 2” in diameter and 40% > 6 oz.
• 5-9 oz. – All potatoes range from 5-9 oz.
• Jumbo – All potato 8 oz. and up.
• Premium Bakers – All potatoes over 10 oz.
