• Size A (1 7/8”) – Minimum of 1 7/8” in diameter and 40% > 6 oz.
• Size A (2”) – Minimum of 2” in diameter and 40% > 6 oz.
• 5-9 oz. – All potatoes range from 5-9 oz.
• Jumbo – All potato 8 oz. and up.
• Baker – All potatoes over 10 oz.
